Here is what you do: The Honey and Cinnamon Concoction: 1) Boil one cup of water 2) Add 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon and 2 teaspoons of honey. 3) Drink this in the AM 30 minutes before you have breakfast and again at night before you go to sleep. Continue this regularly while tracking progress.

The Look Better Naked 2-Day Cleanse was created by Michele Promaulayko and featured on Woman’s Health Magazine. It consists of 3 light healthy meals to be eaten for both days. Breakfast: Light Shake: • Blend 1 cup skim (or soy, almond, rice, or hemp) milk • 1 cup berries • 1 tsp peanut butter (or flaxseed oil) • 1 cup of ice (until frothy) • Bonus: add a dash of cocoa powder Snack: • 1 cup sliced cucumbers • 1cup green tea Lunch: • Steamed or raw greens (romain, spinach, mesculin mix, bok choy, arugula, watercress, fries, endive etc.) • 4 oz lean protein (white meat chicken, firm tofu, lean beef, fish) • 2 tsp oil (olive, sunflower, walnut) Snack: • 10 asparagus spears, blanched • 1 cup green tea Dinner: • Steamed or raw greens • 4 oz lean protein • 2 tsp oil

Day 1: Living Food Diet – only fruits and vegetables – remove processed foods, meat and dairy. Day 2: Juicing, Blending, Soups and Broths Day 3: Orange Juice Days 4-10: The Lemonade Diet: This requires drinking only a concoction of fresh lemon juice, rich maple syrup, cayenne pepper and pure water during the day and flushing your system with a laxative or salt water flush every evening.
