Using the stereotypical pink color is seen as offensive and conforming to the gender norms that have been ingrained in society from birth - pink = girl, blue = boy. 3) The need for a separate bow specifically for girls, as if girls and boys cannot use the same toys. This little girl seems to get it, why don't major companies? What do you think? Sexist or smart marketing?
